A: The cost for therapy sessions varies depending on the type of session. Please contact us for more information and to determine the best service to fit your needs.

Q: What time can I schedule an appointment?

A: We are open Monday - Friday, from 9AM to 9PM. Clients work with their therapists to determine the best appointment times.

Q: What Insurance do you accept?

A: We accept the following insurance(s):

Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, EmblemHealth, HIP|Health Plan of New York, MVP, MagnaCare, New York HMO, ValueOptions, Vendor - NYC Board of Education, and Out-of-Network.

Q: If my Insurance provider does not cover therapy, can I pay out-of-pocket?

A: Yes, you can pay for therapy out-of-pocket.

​Q: Do you work with children?

A: Yes. Our therapists have a tremendous amount of experience and training in working with children of all ages.

Q: Does PFCS complete medical documents for employment, etc?

A: Yes, PFCS will be able to complete documents for you at a low rate per page. Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Q: How long are the sessions?

A: Individual Therapy sessions are 45 minutes long. Collateral sessions are 30 minutes long. Couples Therapy and Family Therapy are both 60 minutes long.
