Alzheimer's Association - Caregiver's Support Group - PFCS provides therapy/counseling services, in partnership with the Alzheimer's Association, to caregivers of those living with Alzheimer's disease. Caregivers of those living with Alzheimer's disease often experience stress, anxiety, anger, depression, and social withdrawal, not to mention physical health problems. It is important that caregivers make an effort to tend to their own mental and physical health, while caring for their loved ones. If you, as a caregiver, experience any of these symptom, make time to talk to your doctor.
The Alzheimer's Association provides support groups for caregivers, facilitated by trained individuals, and we're happy to be part of that. Click here to find a local support group in your area.
